I discovered The Blush Label at the High Point Furniture Market three years ago this April. The booth was small, but full of bright vibrant pillows, art work and gifts for the home. As I inquired more I discovered, sisters Christie and Mary were from North Carolina.
Christie, the creative director, designs the scarves and textiles based on her paintings. Her sister Mary, is charge of marketing and business.
Although each sister has a style different from the other, the two came together with designs inspired by their love for the beach, the colorful decor of their father's Puerto Rican heritage and their own personal style. Proud of their mother's talent – a long-time seamstress – both sisters grew up around the art of sewing, allowing them to bring their designs to life.
Don't miss this great opportunity to discover and shop their beautiful and original designs.
