Beautiful polished brass candle snuffer made in India. Articulating conical shaped snuffer that measures 2.5" tall open bell diameter is 1.25" wide. 9.75" long ribbed arm and rounded handle. Appears to have never been used as sticker remains intact inside and no soot apparent.
