Terrible, after my order was placed, seller emailed asking which pillow I wanted. I responded, both just like in the picture and described as "pillows". Seller did not respond and shipped one pillow. Seller had opportunity to clarify but chose to ignor and not communicate. They continued to be non responsive after I messaged then when I received my order. Had to get ebay involved to get return.
